We were delighted when we found we could replace a damaged panel, the original had delaminated. Our order was dealt with quickly and we were given a 5-8 day delivery window. Nothing had arrived after 10 days so we asked for information. We were told it had been sent to the delivery agent after 24 hours. We then had a series of emails from a person at the Magic Kitchens office accusing us of telling lies and that the panel had indeed been sent after 24 hours. He was quite abusive and said we would be ruining their reputation, we pointed out that he/they should look at their delivery agent. Amazingly after only 24 hours the panel arrived, it was left out in our garden and had been slightly damaged on two of the corners. Fortunately our fitter was able to hide this when he fitted it to the customer's island. A shame that the company were so insistent that we were to blame!

Package was great well done, wood batton round the edges to protect it, bubble wrap and cardboard wrap, no damage when delivered.
